The following informs about the processing of personal data when using the learning platform. Personal data includes all personally identifiable Information, for example name, address, e-mail address, and user behavior.
We collect information when you browse and use the website of the learning platform, for registration and log-in. While browsing our website, technical data like IP address of your network, date, time, time zone, status of the requested data file, browser type and version of your operating system is transmitted to us for a limited time.
When you log in to our platform, we ask for your log-in information.
We maintain up-to-date technical data security measures particularly for the protection of your personal information during data transmission and from theft through third parties. These measures are kept up to date in accordance with technical developments.
When using the website for purely informational purposes, when you do not register or log in to the platform or send information to us, we do not collect any information except of the information transmitted by your browser. This information includes: IP address, Date and time of the request, difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of demand (actual page), access status/ HTTPS code, transmitted data volume, URL from where the request is sent, browser version, operating system and interface, language and version of browser software.
By using our website cookies will be stored on your computer. In order to use our platform you have to register with your email address and a product code provided to you by the person responsible in your organisation.
During the registration process we are asking for your email address as well as name and surname. You will be asked to create a password. To complete the registration, an automated email is sent to your email address containing a link to confirm your registration. Only when clicking the link is the registration completed. If you do not confirm your registration, all related information will be automatically deleted.
The data stored on the learning platform is only used to operate the platform and for the purposes of training by order of your employer.
As participants work through the courses, learning progress data will be collected and likewise stored by the learning platform. This includes the time you were logged in working through the course as well as the status of completion. The responsible person in your organisation will receive status reports in regular intervals. These reports include the following information: learner data including name, surname, email address, date of registration, start and completion dates of the course, learning status (enrolled, course started, course completed).
When you are using our learning platform, we are storing your information necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. In addition, we are storing all data voluntarily provided by you for the period you are using the platform, unless you delete it earlier. You can change your password later using the platform menu on the start page.
Non-registered members will not receive any information about you. To avoid access to your personal information by a third party the connection is encrypted using SSL technology.
You have the right to obtain information about all data held by us on you, including their source, recipients of the date or categories of recipients to whom the data is sent, and about the purpose of storing the data. To exercise this right, please contact your employer in writing.
