What is an access code?

The registration code allows you to register for the e-learning training assigned to you by your organization. You will receive a different code for every training assigned to you.

How do I receive the registration code?

You will receive the registrations codes by email from the person responsible for the respective training in your organization. They will be sent to you using your work email address.

I would like to register on the platform homepage but did not receive an email with registration codes.

Please check your SPAM folder or ask your IT-administrator whether the email has possibly been intercepted.

If you have not received the email please contact the person responsible for the training in your organisation.

It is also possible that there was a spelling mistake in the email address entered, which will also prevent delivery of the confirmation email. In this case, please re-register.

I misspelled my name during the registration process.

After registering for the first time you can edit your name at any time by clicking in the footer menu at "My Profile".

In which language can I start the training?

All available languages are listed on the platform. You can undertake the training in your preferred language.

Do I need special hardware or software to run the training?

No additional hardware or software is needed to run the training. It runs on all common operating systems Windows 7, 8 and 10 (desktop pc, all versions) and browsers versions Internet Explorer, MS Edge, Mozilla Firefox und Google Chrome. Supported are the current browser versions as well as the two predecessors for a maximum of 24 months after publication.

The training also runs on Apple iOS1 with Apple Safari2 and Apple iPad3 (except iPad Mini).
